Downtown Fargo To Host North Dakota Downtown Conference In October
The Downtown Community Partnership would like to announce the Seventh Annual North Dakota Downtown Conference on Oct. 17-18 in Fargo.
Throughout the two-day event taking place in Downtown Fargo, Jim Kumon and Matthew Lister, two nationally recognized keynote speakers, will focus on downtown development and how it can benefit communities of all sizes. The governor’s office will also be presenting an update on the Main Street Initiative and how it can be applied to every downtown in North Dakota.
In addition to the keynote presentations, there will be breakout sessions on economic development, creating a downtown organization, public art, social media, and more.
This year’s conference will focus on communities of all sizes and every community is encouraged to attend. From Abercrombie to Zeeland, everyone is welcome.
Attendees will include representatives from downtown/economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, architects, engineers, private development companies, etc. This is the premier event for downtown development in the region. 200+ attendees from across North Dakota and throughout the region are expected to attend this two-day event.
